I have two things need need to know for nb does harvseter ult still give more ult on kill if its on the second bar? and are allready learn traits shared account wide?

1) No, only if it is on the active bar.

2) No, learned traits are character-specific.

Thanks one more if i up my bag space by 60 with the mount will that be the max so i cant by bag space upgrades. And if i max speed does that meen i cant lvl carry or stam

No you can upgrade mount And buy bag space. Total max is 170 spaces with everything possible upgraded.

You can max all 3 stats, it'll just take awhile.
