I have two things need need to know for nb does harvseter ult still give more ult on kill if its on the second bar? and are allready learn traits shared account wide?

✭1) No, only if it is on the active bar.
2) No, learned traits are character-specific. -

No you can upgrade mount And buy bag space. Total max is 170 spaces with everything possible upgraded.
You can max all 3 stats, it'll just take awhile.Lag is ruinin' my 'mershun!
