Also changes to XP and XP areas
"We are aware of balance concerns from players with more champion points. As Phil mentioned the system was designed to help keep players closer in power level with diminishing returns and enlightenment bonus XP. In the future we can implement catchup mechanics so the first 400 champion ranks require less experience, helping get new players catch up.
In terms of XP, we're actually buffing for some areas in the next major update. Specifically public dungeons and craglorn are being increased. Additionally we're increasing the XP that veteran level quests give so there's more of a parity between gains between questers and grinders. Lastly we're reducing the amount of XP required to get a veteran rank so players can get to the max level content sooner."

what they need to do is add a crafting option to BS, Cloth an d WW to combine a item with certain stats/set with another item with certain looks, so that not everyone has to run around in breton gear to be competitive, but can choose the look he wants with the sets he wants, aka play the way you want
You must be high as *** judging from your signature so i'll let this slide for now.

Yeah, both my DK and NB were hybrids before 1.6 and they were much more fun to play then. That's one of the things that makes non-vet PvP fun is that everybody is a hybrid essentially.

Yep... it's tough to make a decent or better hybrid now, whereas before many might have called even my magicka dk a hybrid because he had softcapped maxed stamina along with his well over softcap magicka, and right at the softcap spell damage with moderately high weapondmg due to running igneous weapons for the fire damage and group buff back then. His sacrifice was in health to allow for this but it was extremely effective nonetheless.

I am pretty satisfied with my magicka tank/hybrid DK atm. It is not the best in 1vX situations but at least I can survive stamina bursts and I can kill anyone wearing less than 3 pieces of nirnhoded a.k.a 30k~ spell resists.
Note : I'm not implying that 3pieces of nirnhoded gives 30k spell resistances. But this is usually what a character would get, total, with the champion points and buffs included.

Combine this with apparent plans to make Shadow Cloak no longer be countered by Detection Potions, and Nightblade will arguably have the best mitigation in the game.

That's super news. Link please to that discussion?
I have always maintained that "sneaking" should be counterd by potions, but a skill that costs a lot of magica and only lasts 2+ seconds should not be countered. Even if recasting Cloak would reset the potion that would be great.

As someone with a Nightblade, its going to be insanely overpowered and stupid

This sounds promising. I'm hoping this comes sooner than later.
I hear it is being bundled with Imperial Cityhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ks8_KGHqmO4
