Party up with to do dungeons? The ingame group finder never finds anyone for me. I highly doubt people know it exist since there was no tutorial on it.

Wasn't going to leave you hanging with what you already knew though... there is a website created by ESO players (not an official ESO website), to help facilitate grouping. It's pretty new but works pretty well, just a matter of how many console players are using it (yet).
