Wow, that's just stupid not to add the option to change it.

Wait, they didn't even add the same camera control options that exist on PC? Ouch...

It bugs me, I admit it. I have changed it on PC, but it took forever to get that option on PC at all. A lot of options are not available on the console and what is there seems to be simplified from what I am used to. I don't think that the camera adjustments available on the PC should be moved over to the console. Too complicated. What they need are some preset camera angles that can be selected, like the templates that they use for the controller.
So the camera looks over your shoulder, it's not centralised.
My OCD would kick in sooooooooooooooooooo bad on that.... *shudders*

They have the camera controls to adjust FOV, including the switch between first and third so you can see what you are doing. They also included head bob settings. What they did not do is put that rather complicated offset and position stuff where you can move the camera up and down and to either side. This is a good thing, if they can replace it with presets (templates) that the player can select.

Basically you're saying that console players aren't smart enough to have their own options to adjust things like controls and the fov position and so on.
Same thing Zenimax said on why they took out remapping of controls and such.
I just don't get this attitude that console players are monkeys who shouldn't have options to change their own controls and centering of character and so on.
How is this possibly a "good thing" ?
Fairly sure my 6 year old who builds ridiculous things in Minecraft could figure out a FoV slider.
How in the hell is that "complicated" ?
