Xbox one Explorer Pack and Imperial Edition Digital Copy issues

Game works just fine except the fact that I can't be any race with any faction? I preorder and spend the money but can't use the add ons... Please help!

Ya Same here I bought the imperial version and I when I started to play my explore pack didn't work and I got half of the imperial pack Lol meaning I was able to be the imperial and craft the armor but no pet no horse and no ring I even checked my mail etc

Yes I am also having the same problem. No Imperial DLC or Explorers pack DLC. Also, I purchased 1 month ESO Plus and have yet to receive my crowns & access to the DLC from that. ZOS told me on Reddit however that it could take up to 24 hours for my crowns etc. to come through and they're looking into it.

Is it because of game sharing on consoles? if thats true then how can you buy it again from the xbox store? It says install.
