Except now there are a some people here who kept trying to enter the codes before they were active and are now locked out for 24 hours.

If ZoS sent the email earlier, there'd be a ton more players stuck in a similar situation.

If you check the game, Mine has the white logo, but looking at what is on disk, it show Imperial upgrade included. This is on Xbox so I don't know how to do the same check on the PS4

I have ESO:TU listed with a white cover. Click on that. On the detail page, I have listed, Explorer's Pack, Unlimited, and Imperial Edition. That should verify it for you.

The instructions for linking of account isn't detailed very well, as previously implied .... hoping the in-game setup process is straightforward, won't want to mess it up.

Yeah, mine just shows 'standard' version as the game icon (I have Imperial edition too) .... guess this is normal.

Get your code from the billing history section of ESO account page, link at the top of the forum page. Then go to PSN Store, click redeem code and enter the code.

My email arrived, finally, at 4:18 when my download was at 51%. I'm getting about 20% an hour so it should be done near 7:00 unless my ISP has a seizure or something. My XB1 is wired not wireless so that eliminates one possible issue. My router is unforgiving of burps in the signal.

You tried to enter the voucher too many times.

Unfortunately there is no way around this other than to wait until the store update tomorrow.

Because SONY customer service is a complete waste of time.

The live chat offered absolutely no information other than there is a voucher issue.

Don't waste your time. Or Better yet, try the live chat and leave them a nice review at the end

I just got off from talking to two different people about the E-2000 error. The first guy said wait 24 hours its usually 24, but try again in a couple of hours because it could work. The second guy talked to a higher up and he said that there was absolutely no way to override the error, and I asked him if I could just make a new account and buy PS+ and he said no because it is not the account that is locked out it is the code itself it CANNOT be redeemed until tomorrow afternoon because the system has locked it out. So I'm pissed, should've went with the Xbox One version.
