    Ugh, I'm in line right now its a 15 minute wait time.

    just got off phone with sony absolutely not will it unlock until 24 hours after you last entered code will not let you enter any code what so ever for any game. However he said you can make a second account on the sony and down load it to that account switch back to your primary and it will be there. My concern @ZOS_GinaBruno if I down load to my sons account on my system am I going to be down loading all my vet characters to his account on my machine

    Sony support basically put me on hold for 15 minutes just to tell me the same thing that chat support told me in less than 3. They also said that if I try again in less than 24 hours it will reset the clock to another 24 hours. What the heck.

    Ah, I love it when patience ends up being a virtue.

    For those of you who tried to get it started before ZOS emailed you and said it was ready and you ended up getting locked out, you have no one to blame but yourself. Suck it up buttercup.

    For those of you who did wait, and are now unable to download, I feel for you.

    Started the download 2hrs before i got my email. Only tried it once.

    I went to my billing history and I saw a 15 digit Order code and a 20 digit Product code. Don't think either will work for the PS4. Did anyone else encounter this? If so, what did you have to do to get the correct code?

    UPDATE: I found the 12 digit code, downloading now.

    There should be a 12 digit code, below the Product description of what you paid for.

    that's what I asked sony and they said the code is just for the game nothing more he said account copy would have to come from linking to eso hoping to hear @ZOS_GinaBruno opinion

    I can tell you right now that it is not gonna be tied to accounts because that would make no sense. Especially because Zeni has already stated that upon logging in for the first time it ask you to either A) Make an account or B ) link to an existing account (this is the option for account copy). I logged onto my buddies psn account to start ESO download, and when my psn account accepts codes tomorrow (after the 24 hour lock out), I can redeem it and unlock the already downloaded ESO.

    Loop holes FTW!

    @rogueslayer I think it is a safe assumption to use either method :D Use a buddies account to pre download, or make a new psn account and make your ps4 its primary system. I am doing it the buddy way so I dont have to have two psn accounts at all times lol would rather have the ESO redemption tied to my psn versus a backup account that will only be used for this very issue and only this once
