Srithla✭✭Note that initially it's the standard ZOS 20-char code, which is what I saw earlier this morning. It *just* flipped and is now a console-appropriate code (5 groups of 5 for Xbox and 3 groups of 4 for PS). Also, the Xbox worked for me. The PS, not yet. So if you don't see the appropriate type codes, yours probably hasn't been activated yet. Even if you do, they may not yet be active on the console side.2 -
Reb✭✭✭You can find your code in the account-page of ZOS, billing history ... on the date you purchased the account-copy. Just enter it on the PS4/XB1. Just did so right now and he's downloading the game.

I'm disappointed with how this is all going sucked us in a year ago after there was failure to launch on console, Hey play now and transfer your/copy your account for $20.00, sounded good at the time but have noticed all of my friends have already pre-downloaded and were all still waiting, but yet paid monthly and some, including myself continued on paying with ESO Plus...and now were pushed to the back of the line, [snip]

It is a comedy of errors, really. Three software/ hardware giants that can't organize something as simple as a preorder for loyal customers who have been waiting, as you've said, for years.

What's funny is that SE fixed their preorder shenanigans in literally 12 hours (where there was an issue with people preoredering it off PSN), they also plastered responses all over Twitter, the Lodestone and the official forums. I remember when there was an issue doing a PS3 to PS4 xfer and the codes messed up, they gave the game FOR FREE. SE know how to do customer service. ESO is just a stopgap for many people--including myself--until Heavensward comes out, anyway.*
*Which will also have all forms of chat, a functional marketplace and working group finder--oh, and it launched with all of that with ARR.1 -

My Xbox One version worked, so EXCITED! You guys will get yours activated soon don't worry if not then support will have to get you a new one, but I doubt it will need to come to that. For Xbox One users you can activate your code by signing in with your Microsoft account on the Xbox Live web site under your account name at the top right corner and then hit redeem code.
