I'm wondering why this guy wont acknowledge that ZOS confirmed it doesn't work right....It's like he is completely ignoring it....I smell a troll.
This guys is not a troll but has read a lot and realizes that many people are going off very old information....
Maybe in Oct - November around the time Dragon Star arena was added...that seemed to cause the issues.

Whatever our personal thoughts on the functionality and practical application of the LFG tool, certainly we can all agree that it's in need of some love and attention no?
What improvements could be made to it that would encourage you to use it? Do you feel it's not user friendly enough? If so what kind of options or features would you like to see implemented to make using it more intuitive for you? Would you be more likely to use the tool if there was some sort of incentive program to do so? What sort of incentive would you be interested in? Is there anything about the Grouping tool in it's current state that you like? If so what do you like about it? Is there anything specific about the Grouping tool in it's current state that you dislike? If so what do you dislike about it?

Not my job did enough beta testing, i play games for fun not to babysit paid professionals.
They should have just left the chat box in are made a lfg tool that was faster more efficient.
Ibdont need rewards, make the tool effecient and a better option then zone chat, then ill use it. Tillbthen ill find my groups myself because thats what its gonna take anyways. So mifht aswell cut out the middleman.0 -

While I appreciate the sentiment, really I do. Your comment offers little in the way of constructive criticism. Now I know you can do better than that. Come on man, you must have some thoughts on how to make things better. Define what you mean when you say more efficient. Is it a matter of wait times? Would that be something you'd support?

I have queued as ALL roles, for ANY dungeon.
I then wait.
I do some quests, I work on professions, I deconstruct loot to get mats.
HOURS GO BY.
I have tried this during different times of the day and night.
I have tried it all day on the weekends.
I have ONLY gotten a queue once.
ONCE.
It was as a DPS.
I've never gotten a Healer or Tank spot using the LFG tool.
NEVER.
If the process requires a more delicate combination of things to push, then I won't use it. I CAN'T use it.
Because it does not work for me.
@NewBlacksmurf I know you're an advocate of the LFG tool, and that you continue to say the reason no one is getting a queue is because no one is using it.
I try to use it every day. Literally. I get into a queue for 2 hours every day after work. Doesn't pop.
It pisses me off because I enjoy running dungeons.
[Hard Mode Dungeoneers] is recruiting all players of all levels for this new Guild.
THIS IS A NEW-BUT-GROWING GUILD. We are focused on doing vet pledges, vet dungeons, getting achieves, & doing hard mode bosses.
Most active GMT+10 (Australia time zone) in the afternoon Mon-Fri and all day Sat/Sun.

1a. create a premade group with any of the group-content in mind. Dungeons, Public Dungeons, Daily Dungeons Quests, Trials, World Bosses, Group Quests etc
1b. specify which roles you would like to fill and adding a message to your listing about whatever you are looking for etc.
1c. watch all premade listings and choose to communicate with the creator of the premade or click the join button which will send a Join to the leader of the group, which he may accept or refuse.
2. give incentives to players in order to queue and rewards for staying until mission complete
3. check whats missing more at any given time (tank, healer, dps) and offer separate rewards for queuing for whats missing

Nhoxxx✭✭Just don't mind him, he's trying to convince everyone the tool is 100% effective when everyone, including ZoS and the patch notes, show proof it doesn't work as it should.
Before last pacth people could not find a group for DSA, even by using all the advices you could give them...the tool was broken.
I think this is clear for (almost) everyone that the tool is still buggy and each patch show which part of the tool was.
Now get rid of the tool, I don't really agree cause by erasing the tool it could create a new bug even worse. Now we can just ignore it and hope (well, there is not much hope left but still ...) someday it will be fix and maybe improved (yeah I know ppl can dream ^^: )0 -

So, this new 100% you are using now, is very likely another attempt to support you own claims with nothing more but some poor vision of yourself as an educator.

To be honest...you are not. You are white knighting the group tool and reacting to everyone who does not.

Consider I'm getting what you describe from many more. It's literally one person standing up and deciding to say, it works and here is help and info that it works.
Because this is a UI based issue, I often suggest disabling all add-ons and trying to use the tool correctly. People think I'm crazy and delusional but I guess I'm just put in the same boat as ZOS.
