In Shadowfen, in the SW corner of the map is a quest hub where you have to cleanse the flames or something. One of the other quests is to look for a bow for someone. You look in Trash Piles for the Bow. While active, those trash piles gave up Old_Flour and something else. Problem is, the trash piles can only be activated during the quest and as soon as you find the bow the Trash Piles deactivate.
But, I found the old ingredients there just last week.

Rysan✭✭i just started playing again after a couple of months and it turns out i have loads of old ingredients.
what i found so far is listed below and i probably have some more on other chars but im to lazy to look right now.
5 saaz hops
15 ribier grapes
1 pepper
18 lard
9 jazbay grapes
83 imperial flour
24 glace viande
15 fatback
9 canis root
25 rice mash
100 shank
16 white malt
if you can use anything just let me know, you can have it all, if not it gets vendored

✭I have 3 trash items. Book of Notes, Book of Poetry and Empty Bottle.

It dropped from mobs in Riften in May 2014 within several minutes after I logged in game, and I never saw something like that again.
If anyone has these 3 items like @Mishanya (Book of Notes, Book of Poetry and Empty Bottle) but on the NA server, I'd appreciate it if you gave me a whisper @Faunter. There are also 5 other items part of that collection: Broken Shovel, Crumpled Letter, Soiled Linens, Tarnished Wedding Band and Torn Page. They used to drop during the quest "River of Names" in The Rift. I'm paying very well for them.
I'm also looking for a Collector's Coinblade, which was a quest reward for completing the quest "New in Town" in Auridon and a Dominion Brigand Mercenary Contract. Possibly also a Trueflame, though I can't remember if those were bind on pickup or bind on equip.

Sadly i sold all my old stuff. But i will check some of my wife's characters since she had 8 and never emptied their bag space. She quit long ago as she plays swtor again. Ill send any i find COD.٩(͡๏̯͡๏)۶

My God, @Knootewoot if you do have any, I would love you for the rest of my life.
What happened to all the initial enthusiasm! Once console is launched, I am sure we will get a flood of new contents INCLUDING the housing features! Even if it comes out in the next three years, it doesn't matter a thing because I will still be here playing!

Yes! Lire and Jaeda I believe. Those were available via Hirelings, but for some reason, they cease to be sent by hirelings nowadays.1
