Hey, so I recently had another look at your main post and there are a few important corrections I wanted to bring.

As someone else mentioned above, all Bone Shards were converted to Key Fragments.
Only the other 5 key types remain.

All Forward Camps were re-added to the game and are no longer considered discontinued.
They are the same exact ones. The developers just re-released them into circulation.

Red "?" icon equipment was not only available from PvP rewards.
You could get them from varying different sources over the course of the game.
Some were even obtainable up until the launch of One Tamriel.

You're also missing 2 trash items from the quest in The Rift, and most of them are misspelled.
Here is a full list of the 8 trash items from that quest, sorted by item ID:

• Torn Page (30325)
• Tarnished Wedding Band (30326)
• Empty Wine Bottle (30327)
• Broken Shovel (30328)
• Soiled Linens (30329)
• Crumpled Letter (30330)
• Book of Poetry (30331)
• Book of Notes (30332)

When patch 1.6 came out, 61 ingredients became obsolete and received the "Old" prefix.
(62 if you count Carrots, but those were never ever used and received the "Old" prefix in a much later patch.)
In any case, when Dark Brotherhood launched, 17 out of those 62 items were deleted from the game.
They were taken away from anyone who had them, and they no longer exist in the game's data files.

The 17 out of 62 Old ingredients that were deleted from the game files are:

• Old Carrots (28600) (You called this one out specifically in your post)
• Old Plump Rodent Toes (28607)
• Old Plump Worms (28606)
• Old Ripe Apple (34331)
• Old River Grapes (28638)
• Old Saltrice (34312)
• Old Scuttle Meat (28605)
• Old Shornhelm Grains (33767)
• Old Snake Slime (28632)
• Old Snake Venom (28634)
• Old Spring Essence (34336)
• Old Sujamma Berries (28637)
• Old Sweetmeats (34306)
• Old Tangerine (33769) (You called this one out specifically in your post)
• Old Wasp Squeezings (33770)
• Old Wild Honey (28635)
• Old Wisp Floss (34332)

And the 45 out of 62 that still remain are:

• Old Amber Malt
• Old Baker's Flour
• Old Barley Mash
• Old Broth
• Old Brown Malt
• Old Cake Flour

You also mentioned you were looking for Oats.
All Oats were transformed to Bervez Juice in 1.6, and those are currently obtainable on Live by normal means.
"Old Oats" were never a thing.

There are also a handful of other discontinued/glitched/unique items not included in your list, and I'm sure there are way more that even I don't know about. Anyway, I hope this helped! Good luck in your quest.

Mr. Faunter, you are god amongst men. Thank you very much for comprehensive info on these unique discontinued items.

I will definitely correct all the info on my original posting to reflect the actual historicity of these items.

I will have many more questions for you! I know that you know other discontinued items that are not listed here! Please share your knowledge with us!

The old IC keys I used to open the chests with a combination of the new fragments, the game automatically used them when required. I hoarded them too
