I've got a bit o'the collector bug mehself so I know where you are coming from ;)

Hello, thanks for the info! I am definitely aware of this most coveted Trueflame that was once obtainable via fishing.

I am just kicking myself for registering to ESO, but not having partaken extensively initially in ESO.

Trueflame is BoP and as such, the trading is not allowed ;(

    Collector's Coinblade

this item was a quest reward, but the quest got retired as it was causing players trouble (was broken)

    Mercenary Contracts

Came from cyrodiil. Summoned a add to fight for you and defend. They were broken and didn't always work correctly so they were removed.

@The_Antiquarian , first, your love is not without merit.

In the standalones, I had stacks of items that intrigued me.

In Morrowind and Oblivion, I had so much glass armor that you literally couldn't walk across the floor without sliding (since nothing despawned unless placed in an NPC chest, it was safer, and organization was not high on my list.)

In Oblivion, I had hourglasses, globes, and Daedric anything. (I equally had more houses than I could remember.)
I also had stuff in the Archmage's chambers. Since it would auto-reset every now and then, I'd regularly visit and cast a Hangover spell. It was a massive area, low damage fireball that would make things fly everywhere.

Again, gotta give the arcane maid something to do, right?

But, back on track, it occurs to me: You've heard stories of people earning real world $ from virtual things? Your museum may, someday, make you very, very rich ;)
Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

    Earn it.

IRL'ing for a while for assorted reasons, in forum, and in game.
I am neither warm, nor fuzzy...
Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS

Hahaha glad to find someone who has equal appreciation of collecting in Elder Scrolls series!

You definitely had to check my homes in both Skyrim and Oblivion, where I left hundreds of bones on the floor =P

Just trying to continue my passion here on ESO =P

Also makes would-be burglars second guess their choice of target, I suspect.
I was quite distraught when the haunting ceased in the Anvil manor. I was quite content with my fellow houseguests remaining, and they made an excellent source of ectoplasm.

I'd be one to collect items a lot,if we were able to have a place to set them up. Hopefully when (and IF) we get housing, the placing of items will be like in Morrowind,..NOT like Skyrim, where you have to fling things off your hand. XD In Morrowind you can set them where you want and they stay just so.

Hahaha! Good to find another folk who appreciates the art of collecting!

Yes! Skyrim was absolutely horrible when it comes to displaying our hard earned collection.

Hopefully when the housing feature gets implemented, the system will be more close to the Morrowind format!
