Please use the following format for signing up:

Faction (AD / EP / DC)
Guild name
@your_account (or whoever is the main contact for the team) / @others (other contacts for the team)
4 / 6 / 8 / 10 / 12 (the numbers that you want to field for the tournament - note that you can list multiples)

Details:

The tournament will be held on Saturday June 6th at 2pm Eastern.
We will choose the campaign that is closest to neutral (no emp, and as close to even as possible with each faction owning their own home keeps and scrolls). If there are a few keeps owned by other factions - or the people playing refuse to cooperate, then we'll try to balance the map as best we can with the guilds involved. If another faction holds one's scrolls, we will do our best to allow them to take said scroll(s) back for the tournament duration. I don't believe that this is in violation of the TOS, though if so please let me know in the other thread.
There are no restrictions on gear.
There are no restrictions on team composition (classes etc).
No siege allowed.
There are no prizes other than bragging rights.
One match at a time.
The location will PROBABLY be in the area of the palisades north of Nikel. There is a big open field, and some line of sight obstacles.
Non-participants will remain outside the arena (at present restricted to the top of the rise to the north past the palisades, behind the big fallen tree to the west, and the porch to the south/east.
To win a match, all members of the opposing team must be dead or forfeit.
Each faction is REQUESTED to colour their gear fully in their faction's colour (guild tabards excluded from colour requirements, though wearing tabards should be all or none). It'll be easier for spectators to see who is who.
All participants will be given a room in the Misfitz TS (ts.misfitz.org) public area. Only team members fighting are allowed in their room. Anyone else is welcome to talk/discuss/etc in the other public rooms. There is no requirement for teams/others to be in that TS, though it would be nice for coordination of who is next etc. Anyone using abusive language or acting like a 5 year old will be banned and their team disqualified.
Tea bagging is only allowed on approved parties.
I will be on top of the stairs of the palisade with all my gear coloured WHITE to give a good view streaming with a 5 minute delay (being as I can see fellow AD when they stealth and we don't want anyone able to see such in real time).
If there is interference on the part of randoms, matches MAY be reset and the offending parties yelled at. I HOPE to get the cooperation of a GM or someone with the authority to expect cooperation if they ask randoms not to interfere.
Other than when my own team is fighting, I am the referee. I don't expect to have to make any referee-style calls, though if I do they will be respected. Intelligent debate is welcome. Poop-slinging will only make your group, guild, and faction look bad. I know some of you can't seem to help it, so guild leaders, please try to muzzle the people who tend to be the worst.

I will update the list below regularly with the information in responses. If you edit your response, please let me know in another post so that I can update the list.

At the moment, I don't get the battle spirit buff in Cyrodiil most of the time, so I'm not able to participate.

The job of the referee:

Announce what teams are up next and ensure that there are the correct number of people
Set up TS to announce to both the count down (whisper list / channel commander)
Make the official call that one team has been wiped and the other is the winner (should be rather obvious)
Ensure to the best of his/her ability using friendly people of all three factions that there was no outside assistance given to any team (stealth players messing it up for everyone)
Put all the wins into a spread sheet or online form for tournament brackets
Stream the whole thing so that people can see that it was done properly.

If you want to do all this, then I am more than happy to pass the responsibilities to you. I don't care what faction or guild you are, just that it's done properly.
