All this talk about Rawl being awesome, and I agree it has everything you'd need close by, but it's even better as a Veteran zone, so roll DC or EP
Personally, I like the Daggerfall Covenant. The city you come to after just starting, Daggerfall, has a very easy layout to learn and you'll soon know where everything is. Most guild stores, have very cheap prices in Wayrest it seems though, which you can easily get there if you need to by asking someone in your guild or asking a friend to go there and then teleport to them.

Right, but this isn't about preference, it is simply about facts. AD is much better for leveling quickly and getting to end game. At least for your first character everyone should roll an AD.

Well I don't know about you... but I got to level 36 rather fast on my Nightblade with DC as my starting place. Not saying you are wrong, though!! I might start a AD toon sometime to experiment with a new class to see what everyone likes about AD.
3. Rawl'kha this city is available as soon as you leave Cold Harbor (just portal to someone who is AD in your guild that is there) This town has everything you will ever need all in a very close proximity to each other plus it has the best prices in the guild stores there.
Hope this helps and have fun!
It is actually available before you even go to cold harbour. With that being said, it seems like you are from another faction (EP probably) trying to get a bunch of people who have no clue how to play come join in our pvp fights to which we already (AD) have enough people who have no clue what they are doing >_< I say join EP because....well.....EP

I figured he meant the wailing prison, the opening sequence, not the level 45-50 zone.
Anyway I agree with the OP, AD has the largest population compared to other factions. DC has a good PVE population and trials community as well. EP in NA likely has the largest PVP population, but a very small PVE and trials presence, only one good trials guild for NA servers and the chance of you getting your vet dungeons done as a leveling alt isn't all that good, or even something to look forward to. It is a great place for new players to start an the quests are better than most of the EP and DC starting zones.

I found it accelerated my levelling time GREATLY over the other 2 Factions because downtime was 1/3 of the time in any other city JUST because of the bank to washrine distance not to mention all the guild stores there now, I can pop in and be done in seconds instead of hours.

Wait, so you calculated the time it took you to level to 50 on a DC or EP character, took out the time you spent simply questing and killing to figure out how much downtime you spent, and then did the same for a AD character to compare?
Anecdotal evidence is anecdotal.

Nope I am referring to the 40-50 zone literal Cold Harbour. You can portal there from any faction at level 1.

Oh ya any faction can do that. I had my main quest line bugged and went there to do all the other content before they got around to fixing it a few months after launch. But he was talking about your reference to Rawl'ka. Only AD can to go Rawl'ka at level 1 or 3.

Well, yeah, it's pretty fast to level anyway on any faction but I'd say it's about 3x faster at least on AD side.
