Hey there folks,
Crash can have a wide variety of meanings. Can you let us know which of these happens?
1. Kicked to the login screen (If this is the case, please let us know the error message)
2. Kicked to the desktop with an ESO crash reported (If this is the case, please hit Submit every time to send the report to us)
3. Kicked to the desktop with a Windows error message "ESO has closed, Windows is searching for a solution, etc etc" (if this is the case, just let us know)
4. Bluescreen (If this is the case, yikes.)
Please let us know which of these apply and we'll be happy to continue helping from there!

Hey there @Sidney,
We know it's going to seem repetitive because it happens in just about every topic, but it's guaranteed that this will be the first question that will be asked when this is reviewed, so we'll just get it out of the way.
Does the same issue occur if there are no add ons running?
