Is anyone else freezing completely and having to end task the game in Deshaan outside the enchanter?

My GM and I both completely freeze and have to restart the game when we're sprinting in Deshaan. It seems to trigger between the blacksmith and enchanter's hut.
It's been happening for quite some time now.

pmacisback✭✭I can comment on the add-on question. I've had this crash in Mournhold since 1.6 as well, and have ran through without add-ons and with add-ons. It seems to have no boundaries as far as where I am within the Mournhold city limits. A test I did to reproduce this problem, was to go into Mournhold, and run back and forth. Crashes within minutes. My friends and I have to avoid Mournhold like the plague, save for the B-line we make to the Undaunted pledges.I'm 12, and what is this?2

1. Kicked to the login screen (If this is the case, please let us know the error message)
2. Kicked to the desktop with an ESO crash reported (If this is the case, please hit Submit every time to send the report to us)
3. Kicked to the desktop with a Windows error message "ESO has closed, Windows is searching for a solution, etc etc" (if this is the case, just let us know)
4. Bluescreen (If this is the case, yikes.)

It's not a crash but a freeze instead. It will just freeze up and if you click on it or try to do anything it says:- Check for a solution and close the program
- Close the program
- Wait for the program to respond

Repetitive because it's necessary so I don't mind at all!
I'm actually in the process of narrowing that down right now. Originally I had "remembered" it happening when my mods were off - I had turned them all off after a patch. However, I decided today to try again with no mods and so far it seemed fine, which makes me question if what I'm remembering is even accurate.
I'd have done the testing like this right away if I hadn't thought I had done it already, so I apologize for this taking more time.
I've currently split the mods in half and I'm enabling them in tiny clumps to find out if it's actually a mod causing it or not.

Seravi✭✭✭✭✭I don't run ANY addons, never have. Just went to Mournhold to test and crashed coming out of the crafting area heading towards the enchanting building. I ran all over the area with no issues until I exited the crafting station by the woodworking bench and headed towards the enchanting building. That is when the game froze and crashed.
This is the SAME type of problem I had in AD. If CS wants to check my tickets, Matthew helped with this issue for the AD. See ticket: 150317-002349.
The program eso.exe version 1.0.0.1 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.

Lunerdog✭✭✭✭✭Yep, same for me (EU server) and I don't use add-ons, exit the blacksmithing area to go to the woodworking station and gamefreeze, have to Ctrl/Alt/Del and use task manager to close the "not responding" client.

This has been reported in many thread ever since 1.6, it's an entire 'lock-up' of the game EXCEPT for music and sound effects that carry on just fine. It is NOT a PC lock-up, you can CTRL-ALT-DEL and bring up Task Manager and kill the ESO process.
Very rarely the freeze will actually end, sometimes up to 30 secs in my experience and the game carries on as if nothing happened.
It happens to me on THREE different PCs, with NO add-ons. It happens anywhere, simply moving about or even standing still, it happens in crowded places or when I'm alone, it happens in fights (for example one time it happened at a Dolmen and after 10 secs it un-froze).

Seravi✭✭✭✭✭As others have said it really isn't a crash. You can still hear the music and game sounds. You simply get the Windows gripe box that says eso.exe has stopped responding.

You have to close the program and log in again to play. I had this constantly in the AD area every time I opened my Journal and as I have stated above in my post a CS person was kind enough to spend a lot of time tracking the issue down and there was some fix pushed in an update and I don't have this problem anymore in the AD. I can go to the area mentioned in Deeshan by the crafting area in the regular level zone and freeze every time. It does NOT happen to me in the same area in the Vet level of Deeshan. Some bad code in that area for sure. When this happened to me in the AD I repaired multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled, installed on another system, changed video drivers and even used another ISP all with the same results.
