This is really sad that all three factions won't fight each other instead they have split up in 3 different campaigns so they can farm small groups of players. I have a few solutions that might work depending on how they are implemented.
1. You could hold a weekly war on each Cyrodiil that only the top 300 players from each faction can participate in. For example lets say 20 minutes prior to the war event you queue for the "war" and if you are within the top 300 scoring players then you get in the war when it starts. Naturally if you are ranked 412 and no one is there to fill the spot then you are selected. Let the war have nice rewards ect ect. Make it so if the war isn't pop locked on all sides the war would be carried over or something of that nature.
2. You could pool all of cyrodiil together so people who queue automatically go into a campaign until that campaign fills up then the next one begins to fill up. This could also work well with the first idea if you were willing to get rid of all the cyrodiil maps.
3. I wouldn't suggest getting rid of the non veteran cyrodiil maybe force people to enter it when they queue and are below v1. Could also put all of v1-12 on the same map. Anyways there's a few ideas I tossed up hoping it will help fix something.
4. A lot of people believe that simply getting rid of the score could fix everything.
I'll post this same topic on another forum check it out might get some ideas on how to fix this problem.

DC lost chill with b2p.

The reason why people switch campaign is to mainly avoid the long Q of Thornblade.

Sadly DC is losing even though they are the main population on that server because they don't have any very good experienced guilds.

I think scoring and rules will need to change in order to fix this. Example - left Thorn and went to Haderus and found EP there is dominated by a single person who mostly farms AP behind the gate. Instead of welcoming more EP this person and his ilk sabatoge the efforts of people from their own faction! AD dominates the map because if you are EP in Haderus you can't get anything done because this one person considers it to be his server and even appears to work with AD to keep it that way. Situation is not gonna change unless Haderus has a huge influx of EP to overthrow this guy.
And that I thnk highlights the flaw with ESO PvP. In a real war, people in a given faction would be working TOGETHER to win and there would be a chain of command and power structure to make it happen. The guy in Haderus doesn't WANT to win the war, he wants to be emperor and get his own personal rewards. In other campaigns I've seen other variations on in-fighting because of the every man for himself structure of the game. The rewards and structure of the game encourage sch abhorrent behavior and provide very little motivation for a faction to work together.
Chillrend has IR on EP, Decibooty and Alacrity on AD, and Mega Best Friends on a Short Bus on DC. That's pretty competitive ... and fun. EP could gain a guild to even things up and it'd be perfect.
It is so fascinating you say this!!! We experienced the exact same thing from a DC player on another server too! They were so angry we all came to their campaign they handed off ad's scroll to the to sabotage us! <shaking my head>

Yeah, it's pretty pathetic on Haderus. One guild leeches AP, refuses to work with other EP, even sabotaging the efforts of other EP but their selfishness just hands the map to AD because that one guild can't take the map and hold it. Game wasn't designed that way. It's an ALLIANCE war not a guild war. It's stupid selfish, self-defeating behavior and I just don't get it. It has to get boring for them. Things were very exciting on Thorn when we had multiple EP guilds coordinating and working together. And it was a lot of fun. Much more interesting than sitting alone in a little fiefdom farming AP.

Didn't help that at least one large guild packed up from Chillrend and went splitsville to Azura's the moment the competition showed up. Then again, I don't think they were looking for any in the first place, just an easy win.
I hear MBF has been over on Chillrend lately, though, and here's to hoping they keep things competitive.

It's more complicated than that. Unfortunately DC has more intrafaction drama than the other two combined.

I have a feeling I know who this 'one guild' is, and it's not 'that guild' that was doing emp farming a couple months ago. This 'one guild' is lead by a big fat fraud and an insult to human existence. He doesn't want skilled players on his team he wants people that are 100% loyal to him and his sob story about the bad hand supposedly dealt to him by life. He brays like a donkey on vent about how awesome he is and constantly trash talks everyone but himself and his merry men. He's systematically bullied away very skilled and intelligent players like Vortexman and Vjori among others, and that just proves what a sad sack he truly is that he has to gratify his own ego to make himself seem valuable as a human being. He is not. He is trash, utter trash and I hope more people see him as the failure and insult that he is. I hope some of the guilds searching for action try out Haderus both to knock this scum off his high horse as well as AD's, and not only that hobble said horse.
People keep complaining about the other servers being crowded. Haderus is the only server so far that hasn't been poplocked consistently at primetime. Change that.

Sounds like you got booted from his guild.
