AD and DC dont experience this because how many AD or DC zergs of 50-60 do you see running around TB (NA)? Maybe 1 here or there. Which is why they focus their attacks on RED. AD nor DC have enough resources to be fighting two fronts, aka "green alliance."
However, its blatantly obvious how specific red groups intentionally do lag a keep only relog and theyre repairing it. They cause the lag but once enemies die, the lag stops because theres nothing left to calculate. Then they'll argue that that's how the game was designed for, that's what Cyrodiil is meant to be,, that's what abilities are designed to do.
In order to counter this behavior it seems like ZOS is focusing on changing this behavior by having ways of "spreading people out"
a) Siege became the zerg buster and a counter for players to change this behavior, until they figured out that if you lag it, enemies can't set siege (it bugs out) or even activate siege equipment.
b) Abilties like Magicka Detonation are great abilties implemented into the gamet to counter zerg behavior but they also gave these people a tool along with the lag. Its riduculous how Magicka detonation is 38M range AOE ability.
c) Blessing of War buff (20% AP bonus from killing bosses in delve) was another way to reduce this behavior.

Numerous posts have been made by ep players claiming they were asked to participate in lagging the server, causing crashes to roll back scrolls or keep takes, etc. Numerous posts have been made by members of a DC guild who claim their former leader, who defected to EP, used to encourage them to lag the server and do all of the above as well. Said player sees this tactic as "necessary evil" to win. Numerous posts exist on this forum of people, and more daily come in, claiming any contact with said guild results in game instability and crashing, freezing and lagging. What more does ZOS need to at least investigate? Is it the server? Gee, yes it is the server they are exploiting. Is it the freeways fault when someone road rages and wipes out a dozen innocent lives?
Keep making excuses for why you can't win a major campaign.

YOU ARE A 100% WRONG. The AD guilds from thorn that have come to Chillrend have mysteriously brought the lag with them. The latency is brought up by the blobing up and running of the spam train. When you get multiple groups on the server that employ the tactic well your going to get horrendous lag. I have also been playing this game since beta as solely as an EP player and never once have I seen IR or any other players or guild call out and try to get players to produce lag. Ill say this right now. I do not like IR. Every time where people are getting AP they have to show up and take a piece. I also hate them for the things they were doing on Haderous a couple months ago. You guys make these unsubstantiated claims. You need to prove these accusations. So far the best evidence you have is... i know someone that knows someone and he saw it in zone chat or he saw them doing it. That's not evidence and that does not make it fact. Also the fact that you may have killed these said players and the lag went a way is not evidence either. it just means everyone stopped spamming their skills. This lag is caused by many factors such as spamming aoe and other certain skills . I have even noticed that being in a group adds to latency depending on the other players in the groups internet connection.

That guy who killed you with the 20k Crystal Frag was obviously cheating. It had nothing to do with your armor, not blocking, and no food or potions. He cheated, exploited or hacked, or something!
Those guys who died while running into a 24 man group that has been running around that farm for the past 15 minutes farming AP? Of course it has to do with OP abilities and not because they are running into a coordinated group one by one. Why else would they die one by one? They should have survived running into that train of death!
And all the lag in Cyrodiil is caused by one particular group. Obviously. Their playing together is the problem here. Of course, all the other groups, some larger than that evil lag group, are innocent. When lag occurs and that group is no where to be found they must have all put themselves as offline then hid in some secret place to continue their lag making ways.
ZOS says to spread out because the game cannot handle us all playing together.
ZOS lowers the population caps because the game cannot handle large scale battles.
Conclusion: Don't blame the players, blame the game.
Lag in Cyro favours numbers, whether intentionally induced out not. I genuinely do not believe that EP would have a much success on TB without lag.
It still tickles my pickle when EP pugs like to talk about how it's all skill, and that we're just bad.
I'm fairly certain DC never lost a scroll on TB last campaign without crippling lag.
For a bit of tin foil hattery, isn't out strange that the tick before DC overtook EP they announced scoring changes, and when EP reestablished their lead, the scoring changeS were scrapped?

We didnt have this lag when the game first came out. 1 year later I came back and its here? You can't tell me the overall code of the game changed.
I am a legit player in VE, but you better believe when I run with Havoc I commit. It's hard to lag a server with 16 people, so I have to put on a lag tabard, dye my clothes Lag Server White, and load up the Lagmaker 9000 on my desktop.
It's a lot of work, but they're great guys and I want to contribute. Great to be part of a winning team! I luv u all.
