I knew it!! Cyrodiil delves becoming gank fests!
Thats the thing. For 20% this idea of a gank is off. I'm telling you; it will be zergs. A gank squad in there is going to be like a hair clog in a pipe and the zerg will come pouring through like Drano. And they will be in and out of there just as fast.
Don't forget that if it works an people spread out, it might be possible to increase pop locks again.
@ZOS_GinaBruno does everybody in the party get the buff or only the player with the killing blow?
Anyone that contributes to killing the boss will receive the buff.
You seem to miss the point of convenience items as much as everyone else, sure ESO is competitive in the sense of PvP, but thats about it, EXP Potions are there to cater for the non hardcore players who don't pump a lot of hours into the game so they can keep up.Attorneyatlawl wrote: »
I'm sure once the potions come out you will disregard all of your arguments and then purchase some every month with the 1500 crowns that you get, right?
LMAO! Wait. You have to zone in to delves and get put in the Q to go back to Cyrodiil. Haha. What could possibly go wrong with door ganking and I will find it funny when EP is stuck in Q trying to come out.
LOL. Great.
Marketing tactic on ZOS's end, to help people subscribe so they don't have to buy crowns they can just get 1500 a monthYou seem to miss the point of convenience items as much as everyone else, sure ESO is competitive in the sense of PvP, but thats about it, EXP Potions are there to cater for the non hardcore players who don't pump a lot of hours into the game so they can keep up.Attorneyatlawl wrote: »

Out of curiosity, do you really believe its the casual-play-a-little-bit-at-a-time players that are gonna be guzzling the hell out of these potions? The "hardcore" players are the ones that are going to be using them the most, I promise. And they're going to be leaving everybody else much further in the dust.

There has been mention in a thread on the topic in the PvP section that apparently there is no longer a Q when leaving delves; apparently Cyrodiil now counts delve populations towards the lock.

It's not for the PVEers. It's for the PVPers.jamesharv2005ub17_ESO wrote: »

There will be a somewhat sizable part of the population that will simply camp dungeon entrances or boss locations inside delves now. This is actually "stupid" enough to have a rather large effect.
In addition, some of our community have long requested better incentives to do the delves in Cyrodiil, and increase the skirmishes in them. The general feeling was that the Cyrodiil delves were not worth the potential risk. This change is in response to that feedback, too.
I'm lost what do you mean delves where not worth the potential risk? I'm somewhat new but wondered I never see any pvp in delves is there or is it changing to soon be gankewrs in the delves?
also what are pop locks

I will be forced to do PvE in place where I go that I don't have to PvE!!!

Oh well. Plenty of other things to do.

and what is with the "you cant get out of a delve when the campaign is full" bug? This is a huge problem..
Wait, why would PvE'rs come to cyrodiil to pve for a few minutes to get a 20% AP bonus?

If you start your PvP time off slaying a boss in a Delve, you're going to gain AP faster.
A little PvE before your PvP if you're trying to maximize AP gains.
Sounds neat, but not sure how well this will work out; we have occasionally run into problems shoving large groups into delves, getting hung up on the door.

Everyone I know who is into PVP hates PVE. So ya its not for the pvp people.

Because everyone you know is everyone.
I love to PvP, and I love to PvE. My guild does PvE in Cyrodiil pretty heavily. And the PvP in delves is awesome. The most awesome experience was when all three alliances were represented in one delve. DC and EP were fighting near a boss, and we were stealthed, and kept drawing monsters in to fight in the other two alliances fight. By the time they figured out that there was a third group in there, we were able to down the combined players left. Then... on the way back out after killing the boss, we ran into the EP group again. Then while we were fighting them, the DC group came back.
Good times, good times.

You are not being forced to PvE, you just don't get the AP buff... your choice

I just called my friend who pvps. His idea is why do they want to try and force people who only want to pvp into delves. Cyrodill shouldnt even have delves. So ya useless coding again when we have major issues need addressed in cyrodill.
