Cellphones are by their very nature two-person communication devices. There are a lot more than two people playing Elder Scrolls Online.

Unless there's going to be some form of significant moderation, no. An LFG channel would be useless if it is so filled with spam people feel compelled to turn the channel off (looking at you Zone chat).
