Fun as Cadwell is, and John Cleese is always a riot so he was awesome voice casting, I think I like Razum-dar best, with Naryu Virian being a not too distant second. I just love her remarks.
" 'Let me take you upstairs so I can protect you.' Who even says that? He could have at least complimented my eyes or my ... nevermind." XD

Cadwell, Dynar, King Camoran, Emeric, Kaleen's Crew, Naryu, Raz, Sheogorath, Stibbons, Telenger, Tharn, Verandis... They really did a good job of making likeable characters in this game.
I instantly liked Duchess Lakana, she had a nice voice and acted in a wise and dignified way (well maybe all her actions were not that wise, but that was the impression I got). Unfortunately she wasn't around as much as I would have wanted.
Cadwell is my long time favorite! His voice, movements and comments are funny.
I also have to give the Wilderking some credit
I just need to get further than level 34 to see what other interesting NPCs might come up, I just always get so impatient and want to try new builds, ending up with a templar healer anyway yeah 5 months of ESO and none of my chars have reached vr...

----
After messing around with sorcerer builds in beta, I returned in May and have been playing as a healer ever since - different races, different factions, different servers.
Now considering looking into less traditional healer builds after I've finished with my current character (finished = getting to a desired high level after trying (and completing) almost everything there is at that time content-wise).
