The re-customization option for crowns is exactly what I need. I made my character WAY too short and didn't notice it until it was "too late".TheShadowScout wrote: »The barbershop in the works will make a great addition to this game.
But... we need more.
Barbershop for gold (or free like the dyes, though personally I would support a gold cost for dying your armor as well) and some character re-customization option for crowns where you can change more stuff then "everyday" changes which belong in the barbershop...
And we need it sooner rather then later...
How is this not in-game yet?
Even if it's just hair and adornment... That would suffice. But no option for editing at all, in 1 year is stupid.

Character makeovers are one of the definitive cash shop offerings and a profit source for other games with the B2P no-sub model (such as Guild Wars 2), so I'm sure they are on the way.
And if ZOS follows ArenaNet's lead, players may eventually be able to give their characters gigantic neon pink afros -- for a price.
What's not to love?

You know what else makes them money? Keeping people playing the game. Forcing people to pay money for minor things that should already be in the game anyway drives people away..

I am totally up for this feature; but why is it not in-game yet you might ask?
It may already be on their "To-do" list, but it's not a pressing game feature, and you don't see a lot of people asking for Hair-cuts or cosmetic face sculpting.
Sure they could throw that "certain NPC" from Skyrim into the game somewhere, but why someone isn't on top of that is a mystery.
Perhaps someone should go over to the Bethesda offices and ask them. :P

Because they had more important stuff to do, like content additions and bug fixes, just to name a few.
