Before, Zos didnt wantd to ban Player because It Was = fewer/less subscriber and consequently less money
Now it changed with thé b2p model. They can ban the cheaters, gold's buyers.
At this moment : 50(want to change/delete the BoP system) vs 30 (want to let the BoP system)

Exactly, I think it is clear that something is very wrong with BoP and something needs to be done.
The majority agree that BoP is broken. BoE solves the problem of RNG.

Making most of things BoE means:
1. online shops selling in-game items for real cash (Pay2Win) - BIGGEST Problem
2. 'Pro Farmers' collapsing market with tons of gear with inflated prices.
3. Making 'earning it' part completely irrelevant and leaving 'just buy it' option as best one = more people wasting time on farming gold or using online shops to BUY GOLD! (another big problem)
4. Having people in hi tier vet gear without ANY IDEA about boss/instance mechanics that will join your group one day
And now you will say ...yes, but I want to get just that ONE piece I'm missing from full set...
First of all your bound items can be used by any of your characters so your chances to get something you will use are way higher than Bind to Character case. Everything binds to your account, so it's not as bad as you see it.
Focus on BIGGER PICTURE, not just own gains

Valkyn Skoria is still hella OP, though. I would pay anything for some of the "Master" weapons, as well.

Unless it is your first Mmo (what I think)

Wow, thanks for that compelling argument...
Why don't you point out why you think @Seth_Black is wrong (if that is what one is supposed to gather from your comments)? What you are providing here is not very constructive.
As far as I'm concerned, he is spot on with the implications making everything BoE would have.

Uh...I loved SWG personally. Pre JTLS it had the best skill based system I have ever seen in an MMO. With that said, economy sucked and it was hardly something to model on. Though having things decay completely sure helped the crafters, the inflation was terrible on all goods to the point where millions of credits was basically nothing.byrom101b16_ESO wrote: »

Would you pay with more of your time killing the boss that drops it?
68 vs 42
the gap is widening

Give items that are usually BoP a low % chance to drop in a BoE state. This would both encourage re-playability as these items would be very valuable to sell and also keep the rarity of the items intact so that the markets aren't flooded with monster helms or trials gear.
I just solved the problem. You're welcome.
