Doesn't seem very ambiguous. Crown store and everything will be live when it comes on, and it won't come back online until 10pm tonight.
What you are missing is the 10PM EDT maintenance is for the EU server.

I dont know about the store but they did say they would send the next and final set of rewards this week. So I doubt its today. Never know tho.0 -

6+ hours? I highly doubt that, if you saw the Patch note on the PTS for 2.0, it pretty small.
