    Hi Gina and Jessica, dont let the PVP team fool you. Siege damage is not scaled or adjusted or any other such term.

    Patch notes should be changed to: We have nerfed all siege damage to be in line with cotton balls and pillows. We would not want these items causing damage to players and upsetting them. We like that ppl can stand in siege which is good as healing has been nerfed too. All good... working as intended.
    Sorcerna, proud beta sorc. RIP April 2014 to May 31 2016 DArk Brotherhood. Out of retirement for negates and encases. Sorcerna will be going back into retirement to be my main crafter Fall 2018. Because an 8 k shield is f ing useless. Died because of baddies on the forum. Too much qq too little pew pew. 16 AD 2 DC. 0 EP cause they bad, CP 2300 plus 18 level 50 toons. NA, PC, Grey Host#SORCLIVESMATTER actually they don’t or they wouldn’t keep getting nerfed constantly.

    We usually get the notes within 2 hours or so of the SOON comment. At least that's what I seem to recall/observe.

    Eagerness and anticipation to get back to an awesome game gives rise a lot of frustration. Let the people that are behind providing us this wonderful game apply that same intelligence and awesomeness to this function without unnecessary critique yeah?

    I would love to see pre-server-up hypothetical patch notes.

    Just imagine, they could be the real patch notes... PLUS random "notes" that are not legit. It would obviously be well-known/advertised that these are not the real notes. It could be great fun for everyone while the servers are down. Making fun of the obvious fake notes, as well trying to determine the more realistic notes as fake or real.

    "New Unicorn mount added"
    "Forward camps have been added back into the same with some new rules"
    "Nirnhoned will no longer penetrate 100% spell resistance"
    "New Vaults of Madness Vet Dungeon"

    Haha. Yes, I know this is unrealistic and will never happen. Just like to giggle and enjoy the thought.

    Man do I have to explain everything? He said they werent up yet. Its been hours since server went down. He said the patch notes had to be formatted and this takes time. meaning that the time the servers had been down was not enough time to format a doc file into a hmtl document.

    I like they updated the launcher but heck they had the opportunity to really update it. Like close when starting the game, make it so after you close it you don't have it's icon still in the tray (one time I had 4 of them just sitting there). It is funny though even the launcher has bugs. You got to love them, they are consistent. :smiley:

    Patch notes soon, cool we are about an hour away from playing what is still my favorite online game. :blush:

    Oh the most important part of launcher to have it download big patches in background so when they run it we already have it dl'ed.

    You aren't explaining anything. You simply aren't reading correctly. I'm the one that said they had to be formatted, a fact that if you had read it properly, you would've learned immediately and saw it was me.

    I wouldn't have a clue what needs to be done to get the patch notes on the server. Perhaps ZOS outsources them to Kazakhstan and Borat to do them or something.

    Comcast was here this morning upgraded my internet to 105mbps and my TV is now some kind of media center. Anyways figured the servers would be back up after he was done. Guess not lol.

    WOW I took off work today and just finished buying my son a 330XI BMW (college reward for half way through an Engineering Degree) and am back already and still patching?

    LMAO who would have thunk patching takes longer than buying a car.
