You realize 1.6 just released? I imagine their support is literally drowning in mails, calls and posts. 24hours is not very long during these circumstances.Sent the payment info to support as they requested, but it takes so much time it's driving me crazy. Seriously people you could at least have a bit more respect for people who buy your games and then pay subscription. At least have a courtesy to send a e-mail that something went wrong, or the account is suspended explaining the situation. Instead I'm buying something, paying cash get suspended 5 minutes after for no reason and I have to beg for answer? You have no idea how annoying this is...
