Account suspended 5min after purchase of subscription ???

I just logged on to my account 5 minutes after my account was charged from PayPal I got the message that I'm suspended and was kicked out of server? No E-mail with information no nothing, just the info my subscription was cancelled and the money was drained from my account?

What the hell?

    If you're just coming back after a long time away, it's likely your account was hacked by a gold spammer/botter, and your account was banned for their actions.

    If you contact support, you should be able to clear up this issue.

    Best you contact customer services directly. Probably should not discuss anything about payment or accounts openly on the forums where everyone can see :)

    This account was created month ago hen I purchased the game, the base 30 day ended so I purchased the sub.

    Forum can not help you here. Click the link I provided and open a help ticket. They are literally the only ones that can do anything for you.

    Sounds to me like there's a good chance there was a screw-up with the billing system not telling the game that it got your money... Hope it gets fixed for you!

    Just found in similar topics, that the billing adress need to match exactly my payment method info, probably I hastened the process and boom no I have to wait X days till support fix it :/

    If you haven't already, try submitting a call back here: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/ask?phone=1 ?

    They should be able to resolve your issue faster than in a few days, although current time for call back shows 1h+.

    Sent the payment info to support as they requested, but it takes so much time it's driving me crazy. Seriously people you could at least have a bit more respect for people who buy your games and then pay subscription. At least have a courtesy to send a e-mail that something went wrong, or the account is suspended explaining the situation. Instead I'm buying something, paying cash get suspended 5 minutes after for no reason and I have to beg for answer? You have no idea how annoying this is...

    Did you check your PayPal Payment History to see what traces there are for this transaction? That may give you some idea, maybe.

    You realize 1.6 just released? I imagine their support is literally drowning in mails, calls and posts. 24hours is not very long during these circumstances.
