I like this. It should also include buffing the Cyrodiil PvE quests. The more people we attract into the zone, the better.

Aye, that's what I meant. You should be able to repeat the same quest a certain number of times per day. The reason people were exploiting it is because they were doing repeatable PvE quests in Cyrodiil that were quick and easy and they were doing it dozens of times per day. So they should remove the "once per day" for each quest and just put a reasonable cap on total quest turn ins for Cyrodiil quests, like 10-20 per day.

Even though you can technically do a bunch of daily quests, you can't do the same one more than once, and that is the problem because you either have to travel all over the map to find each individual PvE quest, or be in a freaking outstanding zerg ball in order to complete more than a handful of the PvP dailies.

It's the easy, repeatable quests that were drawing people to Cyrodiil. So make them repeatable again and just cap it in the range of 10-20 per day so the power gamers can get max turn in with a few hours play, and casual players can still reach the cap during a normal day of activity.

The XP in Cyrodiil was pretty decent at first. It was either in Beta or right after launch that they cut it back. Then they cut it back even more by nerfing the Bounty quests so that you could only do them once per day. Then they cut it back even more by making most of them class-specific.

And rather than punish the exploiters, they punished legitimate players.

I don tthink you can say for sure that people will 'leave the game' over pvp xp being suboptimal. PvP has been terrible for gaining xp since release and people are still playing the game.
