[BUG] Open invetory while moving can teleport you back

Hello,
I found this bug when I change some skills, while I was moving (sprinting). It can be reproduced the following way:
- start moving
- open your inventory/menu while you keep on moving (keep holding "W")
- move about 20m away from where you opened your inventory
- close inventory/menu
- get teleported back to where you opened the inventory/menu

bug was reported ingame using the /bug function, but i didnt write down the reference number. Can I look it up somewhere?
For me this is pretty annoying because I often change skills while rinding in Cyrodiil, or check my inventory on the way to the bank.
This could lead to some problems in PVP depending on how you are seen by other players. If you stay in the same position where you opened the inventory, you will be able to spy arround without getting seen. It would also be a problem if you are really able to teleport arround.
It doesnt appear in 1.5 so im sure you will be able to fix it.
