For those who didn't watch, he is essentially saying they nerfed it because it was the most damaging skill in the game, and allowed you to stunlock people; he said they let the fact that it didn't grant CC immunity slide for a long time, but got a lot of feedback about it.
So, it seems like they are not intending to change anything about the way it now works. The nerf looks like it is here to stay.

Francescolg✭✭✭✭This whole game, especially the forums and the knowledge databases, would have benefitted SO MUCH from an official "played class statistic".
