Sorc 1.6.2 changes ... still nothing for stamina

    I would have to agree, as this is a discussion for Stamina issues with sorcs, and lack of class abilities with stamina alternatives (which is a huge goal ZOS has for patch 1.6 balancing.)

    Magicka obviously is doing well in PVP, so lets limit the discussion to stamina related ability issues.

    A few people have asked already and no response, but what are these awesome stamina synergies that a sorc has? Using streak plus crit charge is a pvp only thing. There are literally no stamina synergies. Bound armaments isn't enough.

    I see the light... let's just change Negate for a new ultimate... a TOGGLE ULTIMATE PET in the dark magic line : an Abomination, aka a flesh golem atronach!! I fear breaking a nail if I need to push buttons other than my toggles mid-fight

    Give us some sort of instant melee strike ability. Make the morphs stamina or magika with different effects. That would be a good start.

    How about some efficient stamina morphs/passives as class skills? like a direct dps tool, or ressource management?

    Rapid strike don't heal a lot, and every other classes have great boost for this set. Stamina sorc (and magicka sorc either) are only *good* with non-class abilities in pve (and pets...), when other classes have dedicated powerful attack.

    Imo, clear out some garbage from dark magic tree, and replace with some melee-range abilities.

    1) Move daedric mines to summoning (makes more sense too) to replace bound armor. (less toggles = better)

    2) Un-nerf negate, or add dmg or a heal to it, baseline.

    3) Get rid of rune prison and give us a melee-range ability with a stamina morph

    4) Make dark exchange a dot that deals damage, and gives us magicka/stamina whichever is higher back and the morphs would have 1 stamina option (enemy health > more stamina return than base ability) and 1 magicka option that just deals more damage on the dot

    5) Give us an aoe abilty with stamina morph as the 5th option in dark magic

    So, are we officially shelving Stamina sorcerors? Or is the dev team aware of the issues? can any help be awaited before 2017?
