PvP Jwelry Inconsistent

I know there are a lot of posts on buffs and de-buffs etc, but I was curious if this change was intentional or an over-site by ZOS.

When you look at the Cyrodiil's Light set in 1.5 vs 1.6 everything is consistent with other set bonues:

Spell Damage goes from 8 to 171 and Max Magicka from 90 to 900, so all is good and consistent with other armor set bonuses.

Now when I look at Wrath of the Imperium 1.5 vs 1.6 something seems off:

Not only is this set a casualty of the new "War on Crit", but it gets a much smaller amount of spell damage than any other set with the same Spell Damage stat.

If this is intentional then I don't think I will be running this set anymore, but it seems to me that if the spell damage buff is going to be 81 points less than other sets maybe it should be renamed to Mosquito Bite of the Imperium? It seems to me like this set should get 171 Spell Damage like other set bonuses.

Then there is the "Deadly Strike" set...

Another casualty of the "War on Crit", and even worse it is only getting 135 points of health? The typical Health bonus for 1.6 should be 1350, so this stat is definitely off.

To be fair this is probably a bug that will be remedied before live, but I think to be more consistent (and worthy of the name) it seems the "Deadly Strike" set should get 171 weapon damage and 2% weapon crit as its set bonuses.

I have submitted a /bug for the Deadly Strike set, but is Wrath of the Imperium really going live with only 90 Spell Damage?

    I have always been wearing Wrath of the Imperium but as it stands now this set is not worth the 2 or 3 slots to equip. Hopefully the crit-value gets scaled back up or it gets a buff in regards to the spelldamage.

    Don't forget the fact that the rings are "healthy", essentially making them provide less of a bonus compared to an arcane ring since HP on enchantments and sets provide HP-bonuses in a 1.5 ratio on live and a 1.1-1.3 (not sure about the math) ratio on PTS.

    Shadow Walker is worse where they have simply left the old stats in place which makes one of the more sought after pieces of jewellery useless, those who were paying upwards of 40-50k per piece may be a little cross?

    I didn't get a screenshot of Shadow Walker in PTS, but if someone could upload I would like to see the "Exchange Rate" on it as well.

    You bring up a good point. Wrath should technically be Arcane and Deadly should be Robust given the areas that they provide benefit to, so as long as we are fixing them...

    crit was nerfed, that's fine. I really like spell damage which is increased on PTS by a factor of two on the rings and sets.

    I am fine with the fact that crit was nerfed on sets as long as it is made up for by spell or weapon damage at appropriate levels. My point is that I think these sets were not scaled correctly.

    There is alot of such bullcrap.

    Burning Spellweave and Soulshine 5-item sets both give some insulting ammount of spell power. It is somewhere around 180-190 (depend on item quality) while regular 2-3-4 item bonus give somewhere around 177.

    13-23 spellpower power worth to be a 5 item bonus ? WTF ? Its even less then jewel enchant.

    Burning spell weave was so such a pain to farm and now it's worthless...

    Just got on the PTS and it seems that the Shadow Walker stats are normal, but the jewelry enchant for armor is extremely nerfed.
