I know there are a lot of posts on buffs and de-buffs etc, but I was curious if this change was intentional or an over-site by ZOS.
When you look at the Cyrodiil's Light set in 1.5 vs 1.6 everything is consistent with other set bonues:

Spell Damage goes from 8 to 171 and Max Magicka from 90 to 900, so all is good and consistent with other armor set bonuses.
Now when I look at Wrath of the Imperium 1.5 vs 1.6 something seems off:

Not only is this set a casualty of the new "War on Crit", but it gets a much smaller amount of spell damage than any other set with the same Spell Damage stat.

If this is intentional then I don't think I will be running this set anymore, but it seems to me that if the spell damage buff is going to be 81 points less than other sets maybe it should be renamed to Mosquito Bite of the Imperium? It seems to me like this set should get 171 Spell Damage like other set bonuses.
Then there is the "Deadly Strike" set...

Another casualty of the "War on Crit", and even worse it is only getting 135 points of health? The typical Health bonus for 1.6 should be 1350, so this stat is definitely off.

To be fair this is probably a bug that will be remedied before live, but I think to be more consistent (and worthy of the name) it seems the "Deadly Strike" set should get 171 weapon damage and 2% weapon crit as its set bonuses.
I have submitted a /bug for the Deadly Strike set, but is Wrath of the Imperium really going live with only 90 Spell Damage?
