FPS drop from 60 to 30

Hi, I came back after 2 weeks and noticed, that my fps are dropping randomly from 60 (i have vsync) to 30 in pve (didn't test pvp). Doesn't seem like a pc issue, nothing changed in that matter also no problems in other games. FPS show exactly 30 instead of 60 so seems like a strange limit-scaling? Anyone else has this?

If your graphics card can not render the full 60 FPS required for v-sync it will drop to 30 FPS.

    Quick google search:

" That means if you're talking about 60Hz refresh rate, the only framerates you can get are 60, 30, 20, 15, 12, 10, etc etc. You can see the big gap between 60 and 30 there. Any framerate between 60 and 30 your video card would normally put out would get dropped to 30."

Try turning on triple buffering if ESO allows it. Or force it in your graphic cards control panel.
