According to the character window, the major savagery buff from:
- Evil Hunter, and
- Flames of Oblivion
are stacking, granting about 20% additional critical chance.

✭✭✭From what i can tell the visual effect as well as the ui icon will stack on the target but the actuall debuff will not stack, though if one of the debuffs duration expiers the others will then kick in. Buffs on one self or allies work the same way.0
