The maintenance is complete, and the PTS is now back online and patch U49 (11.3.0) is available.

Guild Stores bugged since 1.6 on PTS

Every time i or any of my friends are trying to buy something in the Guildstore on the PTS the systems tells us "could not retrieve item".
This has been the case since testing 1.6.0 started and still present in 1.6.1 and it's making me nervous.
Quite frankly, it would be a disaster if this made it into live and barely anybody uses guildtraders for testing so that explains why nobody noticed.
It's also possible this is just a PTS-issue is what people tell me, but when i tested 1.5 on the PTS the Guildstores worked so i guess it's a new bug that must never make it into the live-version of the game!

✭✭✭✭✭I noticed that the first time I got on the PTS last week with my character and I filed a bug report right away. (though I asked in zone and others had said they were able to buy things)
I'm sure a lot of people use the guild traders on PTS if they want to test refining rates (which is what I was trying to do) or if they just built a template and need specific gear to try out their usual build.)

ZOS_GinaBrunoCommunity ManagerBack in patch 1.6.2, we mentioned in the patch notes that there will no longer be any items in the Guild Store when you interact with Guild Traders on the PTS, so this is all working as intended.Gina Bruno

Ffastyl✭✭✭✭✭To clarify further, Guild Stores were not and are not functional on PTS. This is not because of 1.6, but because the function is cut on PTS (smaller player traffic and the server data will be wiped periodically). In 1.6.2 ZOS made this more apparent by blanking the Guild Store item lists."A person is smart. People are dumb, panicky, dangerous animals and you know it."
