The last time I went into the PTS prior to 1.6 and made a new character, I saw that the starting armor sets were different from what my live characters had when the game first launched. Today, however, when I made a new character on the PTS, the previews were still of the "new" style, but the actual clothing you start with is the same original "prisoner" clothing.

Since I haven't made a new character on the Live server in about 10 months (8 slots full), I don't know if these outfits are obtainable or not, all I know is that they WERE on new characters in the PTS before and now they aren't. I'm a fan of the grimy look they have and was curious if new characters are supposed to start with them. If not, are they obtainable at all?
