Crashes/disconnects/login issues

Today I've had the game crash on me with an error about a "pure virtual function call" or something like that. Later I was disconnected after a few minutes where I couldn't do anything (run, ride, crouch) and got a message that I was being kicked from the server because I'd reached my message limit. The first 2 attempts to log in resulted first in a login timeout and then failure to communicate with server. I could only log back in on my third try.

While not frequent, this is hardly the first time I've encountered any of these issues. Please fix.

Happened again just now (kicked from server for exceeding message limit in the middle of a fight).

This game has big problem with that.
I have it 1 couple times as well this problem. I really wish they look inot and repair this problem once and for all.
Sometimes the whispers do not work.

We currently have a larger topic going about the C+ Runtime Error here. It is actively being investigated for a fix, though we don't have an ETA just yet.

Random disconnects can have a huge variety of causes. Starting general troubleshooting on the boards is probably going to be less helpful than knowing some additional information up front about your connection and various system specs.

As this is the case, if you are experiencing random disconnects, we ask that you contact Customer Support with a Game Consultant file attached, as well as a brief description of the issue. They'll be able to analyze this document and help determine why the random disconnects are occurring. Thanks for your patience!
