Lost monkey Pet

On day one release I accidently deleted my monkey when recreating my main, this was before all the warning of such an event,
I submitted a ticket back then but it was a pretty busy time for your Support teams and it fell to the way side,
I was reminding of my missing companion when i loaded up pts and it popped up in my mail since it was my first char on that server.
What should i do to get the monkey back?

What about us that deleted the pets due to inventory space?
It would be pretty awesome to get them back and put them into the new collection UI thats coming with 1.6

This definitely would not be outside of the realm of possibility! When the new pet UI comes out and you want your pets back, just send a ticket to CS and let them know the situation. We can verify that the pet was deleted, check your entitlements, and restore them
