Two undiscoverable points in Cyrodiil

Hi, folks. There are two points in Cyrodiil that can not be discovered. I have already sent to developers bug report. I would like to know if someone else has the same problem with these points, or maybe I'm doing something wrong. I place my video demonstration of problem areas:

SeltzerDuke✭✭✭A screenshot of the map might've been better, but yeah I can already guess it's Empire Tower and another tower in the southwest (the latter has a quest associated with it from the neighboring town, which completing does not seem to clear the icon to white). These are the only non-dungeon/non-anchor icons on my fully-explored Cyrodiil map that haven't been turned white. A strange oversight that I've noticed but didn't think to ask about until you just did.0 -

✭I can't discover any points of interest at all in Cyrodiil. It has been like that since launch for me. I sent in a few tickets about it, but got no response. After having traveled to all towns, delved into most dungeons, at least tried to close several dark anchors and having done a large number of quests, I still have a mostly blank map showing only the keeps.

Go to the little "funnel" icon on the right side of your map. Check off the box for "Objectives". That will make towns and caves and dolmens and stuff like that appear on the Cyrodiil map.

✭Many thanks. Annoying, long standing problem solved. Shame that my /help requests about this went unanswered, and really terrible UI design in making this by default "off" for Cyrodiil but "on" for the regular map.
Now, if I could only get a reasonably lag-free experience in Cyrodiil again...

Cyrodill has more important issues than PVE unlocks not working properly, you know. I'm not flaming here but I'm not surprised it hasn't been the highest priority on the the Cyrodill issues list.

dan0311✭✭✭True there might be other important things to fix, but I just wasted about ten minutes running around that area trying to figure out how to get the eye icon to turn white and then finally another five minutes searching the interwebs to find that it is a known bug, first mentioned here in JULY and as of NOVEMBER is still not fixed. Come on, guys...I really dont know how to program a game, but this has to be like, what...one or two lines of code that are set one way for EVERY OTHER ICON and location, but not for this one. Should be easy to find and fix, right? "One of these things is not like the others..."3

DigitalHype✭✭✭✭I also killed the boss in the tower, named Sharp Eye. It still doesn't complete Empire Tower. This makes me think there might be a quest to kill him, that I haven't picked up.
I did complete "Cyrodiil Champion". So, I've finished all the quests in Cyrodiil. But, maybe this is one that isn't part of that list?0 -
HeroOfEvbof✭✭✭I have all Cyrodiil Achievements: Anchors of the Empire, Cyrodiil Cave Delver, Cyrodiil Skyshard Hunter and Cyrodiil Champion.
Empire Tower and the other buggy POI are not associated with any achievement.
AFAIK there is no Trailblazer cheevo.
My guess is the Cyrodiil filter defaults to turning many things off because Cyrodiil was supposed to be this PvP kinda place with questers doing so at their own risk. They never counted on "buff servers".
Another real PITA is Cloud Ruler Temple. It took me half an hour to realize the place could not be entered and I didnt have to close it for the anchor cheevo.
Like many other non-game-breaking bugs, this bug is on the back burner. It is unlikely that many people will /bug it and even those that do wont in good conscience click "stops progress" or anything really important.

Yeah, I /bugged this months ago.
It irritates me every time I open the map and the black eye is still there, staring at me, taunting me with its undiscoverableness.
