Hi,
I'm hoping you can advise if using the ability to Teleport to player in Cyrodill to artificially maintain a low population to increase scoring bonus is an Exploit or if this is what should be done to increase a factions score to catch up?
Please let us me know before I advise our whole Faction that this is the best way to win a campaign!

✭Lots of things in this game are not working as intended. This seems like another thing to add to the list.
