At launch and for many months afterwards, most people agreed that light armor was the best, and heavy lagged behind. ZOS eventually acknowledged this and made some fixes several months ago to heavy armor, so that it returned some resources when the character wearing it was hit. At the time, several of us said that while welcome, this change was not nearly enough. We haven't heard much from the developers about heavy armor since.
The recent changes to Stamina skills and medium armor have made medium armor an attractive option for DPS, and light armor has always been good. Do you think the changes to heavy have been enough to make heavy armor as good as light or medium?
