I have put in a /bug report on this like 3 months ago. Some how I'm getting the feeling that /bug is being ignored or is broken. I noticed this bug shortly after they added the new dye system. This is not a game stopper but it dose disrupt immersion for me. I realize that Sheogorath is a mad man but not demon possessed or blind. I would think that this would be an easy fix but I could be wrong. I guess I must assume that the dev's dont know about this bug. So, I figured I would post the bug in here. To be honest it sorta makes me laugh at Sheogorath cuz it makes him look so silly.

✭I assumed that Uncle Sheo's new look was a bad decision, but intentional. Did ZOS fire all their in-house play testers, or did the communication within the company break down completely? Them not noticing this for several months, and not making it a priority to fix it, is simply unbelievable. If it had been a minor NPC in the wilderness offering some small side quest, sure, but this is about the looks of a main character of the game, one that has lots of interaction with the player.
