Turned in a bug request last week with all the particulars and a screenshot. Still not fixed...but then, I've been awaiting the Stackable Siege promised to be within a patch released on June...do I get a monkey for being patient?? Oh wait...

I left a /bug. Realizing of course that unless they prioritize this bug, /bug is futile.
I have left /bug on a few issues that have never ever been resolved. Not many, but a few.

This guild trader located in Greenshade has been missing for months now. It's not phase related.

I have actually had a customer support person confirm my suspicion on this
If you are covenant and complete the Hectame quest, this area becomes bugged

I am able to visit this guild trader with a dominion toon that has not done the quest,

I have done /bug but of course that is simply an exercise in wasting time so I have only done so once - I dont need to practice futile gestures,

This trader does not show up for me either. It hasn't been there in the 3 weeks that I have been in charge of securing a guild trader.

If it makes a difference, I am on the EU server and my faction is Aldmeri Dominion. I usually go "shopping" for traders on my V14 that has completed the gold quests, but I don't know if quest phasing has anything to do with this.

According to the customer support person who mailed me, any toon that has completed the Hectahame quest will have that area bugged - regardless of faction or level.

The guild vendor is there, but they are not showing up if you complete the quest "breaking the ward". you can see the vendor at a distance before changing into the instance area, but they disappear if you get close. if you head up there with a low level character that didn't do the quest though, you can still use the vendor. I've included a pack of screenshots showing this in action. notice as well you will see the guards to the right appear and disappear when you cross the threshold.

yep - wasnt sure which quest caused the bug but i knew my low level dominion toons could access it
of course why would anyone ever bid on the kiosk? it cant sell to anyone that is working on a full clear of cadwell silver (ie. covenant toons)
maybe it has value as a super protected outlet to pact toons doing cadwell gold, but in my experience pact based players arent as prolific spenders as covenant or dominion

I was actually there yesterday and couldn't find the trader either. I have a v14 AD char, completed most quests in Daggerfall... I was just looking for decent pvp gear and noticed I couldn't find the NPC anywhere around that place.

This NPC is still missing due to what seems to be phasing issues after quest completion.

If its just as was said in this topic. NPC location makes it part of a quest area, then why wont they just move his location closer to wayshrine?

@ZOS_GaryA This bug which was reported at least as early as October 2014 still exists? I understand bug prioritization, but isn't 9+ months a bit ridiculous? I had noticed this NPC's behavior recently, but it wasn't until today when I found this topic that I discovered why it was happening.

I feel sorry for any guild that gets this trading location without knowing it's broken since they're hardly getting their money's worth when much of the server population can't even access the NPC. Just move the NPC somewhere else if fixing the entire area is too difficult.

And yes, I submitted another bug for all the good that apparently does.
