I uninstalled the game because the launcher is completely *** with Patch.Manifest errors and failure to Repair and now I can't even log in to my account and download a new launcher.

This is really frustrating. I deleted the entire game client and folder in attempt to reinstall and I can't even access my account on the website to download a new launcher.
UPDATE: I'm able to log in on to account.eso through my 4gLTE Verizon mobile network, but not when I'm connected to my xfinity Wi-Fi or LAN
UPDATE2: I logged in through my phone, copied the download link from my mobile browser, sent the link to my desktop, and I obtained a download token through my Firefox browser. Seravi✭✭✭✭✭Just tested my account and I could log in. I was hit with a new TOS so maybe that is causing some kind of mess trying to get into your account? Hope you get things going soon.0
