Why can't I repair this? and why do I have to wait hours for support to call me?

Last time I contacted support, I didn't receive a call back until the next day.

I followed the link, and the page displayed the proper text. So that works fine. I already submitted a ticket but i forgot to add in the consultant report.

Would it be wise to submit another ticket with the report, or wait for support to contact me with my initial ticket?
