Junipus✭✭✭✭✭We appreciate that, but since there must be enough details to know what's causing it, doing something as simple as removing the wall from the world map would solve the problem with NPCs getting stuck. That's really the only fix you need to implement and would take one of the level designers no more than a few hours.The Legendary Nothing0 -

This quest is REQUIRED to progress the story line!!! With this bug, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get Cadwell's Gold!! How difficult can it be to at least have a GM advance this quest manually for People???0 -

Junipus✭✭✭✭✭You can use synergies such as conduits which will damage the NPC stuck in the wall, however it requires both a sorcerer and cooperation.
This doesn't advance the quest though as Shazah will just stand there channeling afterwards until you get bored or start hurling insults at ZOS' competence.The Legendary Nothing0 -

Still no joy......
Out of interest last night there was a VR14 with the name Gamemaster Dayleth(I think that's the name I may not be 100% right on the Dayleth bit) trying to do the Southern site.
I have never seen a ZOS Gamemaster before so I am not sure what they look like.
He was wearing white robes and had an animation similar to 'Mage Light' going on but it left a trail that was multi-coloured.
I remember reading all ZOS employees would have a Z in a square by their name and he did not, so I didn't try and interact with him.

I think the Z in a square only applies to their chat messages. I've seen a gm in the game when they were mass deleting bots in solo dungeons and he had gamemaster in his name too. I guess someone is checking it out to see if/how its bugged, and I'm glad to hear it.

Look I'm really sorry If you have removed posts from this thread that I have missed but I have read and re-read the posts and I cannot see anything that is disrespectful.
Sticking my head above the parapet here, asking to be shot down but compared to some threads I've read, this is just people who are upset at being stuck.
BTW I love the game and have just taken out my second 6 month sub but game progressing bugs have to be top priority fix surely?When people say to me........

May have been my "fault" actually, since I sent an in-game request for help expaining the situation and whether it'd be possible to have the quest advanced past that stage by a GM, in order to be able to continue the Reapers March storyline.0 -

If you have this issue PLEASE let us know here, in this forum topic, if it works after the maintenance today, Nov. 10, 2014. It'll make me look forward to playing tonight so much more if this is fixed.

It is broken in exactly the same way.

Today's patch was not fully pushed to the live server, and unfortunately that means that this quest is still bugged. XvySoul ShrivenOkay, after a few hours, I have figured out how to get past the glitch.
First, walk away from the southern portal to reset Shazah. Then make your way towards the portal and immediately hit the corner of the wall where the mob seems to always get stuck. This should spawn the mobs to attack you, except ol' boy stuck in the wall. *Do not move from that corner of the wall, period!*
Now here is the luck of the draw. If you see that it is a mob with a 2handed sword in the wall, you might have to reset Shazah in the portal. Reason why is, the mob with the 2handed sword cannot jump out of the wall. You are looking for the dual wielding mob.
After waiting for about 5-10 jumps from the dual wielding mob, he eventually makes it out of the wall. Kill him and still wait in the corner. This will occur twice through out Shazah cleansing the southern site.
This does not work every time, but it worked at the 3rd time. Hope this work for you guys instead of waiting for the patch. Picture below shows what corner. (Its kinda dark, sorry)
