Excessive snare from NPC mob attacks.

Seriously, when i can normally out pace most horses while sprinting (medium gear traits) but suddenly can barely move faster than walk mode just because a single mob hit me once or twice i have to consider either a bug or intentionally bad game design...

it is getting REALLY annoying when i have to stop and kill mobs just because i cant just keep going, even when they are levels below me and otherwise no threat.

i am honestly astounded that this occurs at all let alone to this extent. one of the tool tips mentions "its ok to run away" or something to the like but in reality its impossible because any hit to you makes you walk slower than a slug.
I play every class in every situation. I love them all.

    Really they need to remove or reduce the passive mob snare from the game, or at least make it something I can block, interrupt or roll out of. making trash mobs basic attacks passively snare people is the wrong & lazy way to stop sprinting through dungeons & content.

    It gets really bad in places like craglorn where the archers use 3k+ damag moves like "taking aim" that you could and should interrupt, but you cant get to them in time because you are moving at walking pace.
