I can't get her to do anything. I don't know if I am missing something or if it's a bug. I go to the highlighted area and kill the baddies and she just stands there. The bads return pretty quickly, too.

I had to bring the NPC to the East then West then North seal. That was the only way to get her to activate anything by using that order *shrug*

Sorry for reviving this, but it didn't work for me either. Shazah wasn't starting anything, no matter which ritual site I took her to. I tried reloading my ui, but it didn't work either.
I thought I'd abandon the quest to restart it, but now I can't find where to take it again (I hope it won't be unavailable to me forever now, because I would like to finish the Dominion storyline).

Update: I managed to get the quest back. After a bit of googling, I followed some tips I found, aka doing some other quests and/or quitting the game for at least 15 minutes to try resetting the phase and quest game's caches, so they would sync up again. After logging back in, the NPC was back and gave me the quest again. I then managed to finish it (just in case the order would matter, I started with the site at the south, then the west, and finished with the north site).

I'm experiencing this problem as well, and I've tried re-logging and pretty much everything except abandoning the quest. I'm stuck on the southern corruption - last one. One of the baddies that spawns appears inside a wall and that seems to break everything. Shazah just disrupts the corruption for a while and then stops without progressing the quest. 'Tis frustrating.

For me Shazah closed two of the sites but will not close the third which like @nomikkh is the Southern site and also the same is when I have managed to get the spawns to trigger the second one ends up stuck in a wall and stops the ritual.

I have bug reported with a screenshot(ticket 141105-001653) and currently I am waiting for 15-20mins before I log back in and try again.

The couple of times the spawns did show up was after hitting /reloadui, re-logging had no effect

Edit:- Well waiting and logging back in did get the animation going but immediately a spawn got stuck in the wall and that cancelled the animation.

Every time I managed to kick start the animation a spawn got stuck, always in the same place, always untargetable

lol Hi Jabber. I remember seeing you stuck on the same damn quest. As for me, I am able to do the other sites fine, its just the southern corruption that bugs out. At first, the npc would have trouble channeling and stop half a second after starting. Occasionally (like once every 10 attempts) she would get two mobs to spawn, but since one was stuck in a wall, I couldn't kill it and she'd just stop channeling. After abandoning the quest and repeating this twice for over an hour, I finally was able to kill the stuck mob by standing on top of it and using attacks while he was flipping in the air. Still, the npc bugged out and stopped channeling. However it changed because now when the npc hits that rare sweet spot of actually triggering, she channels indefinitely. Last night she was channeling for around 45 mins while I watched tv.

Anticipate and future patch? This bug is stopping me dead in my tracks as far as progressing through the MAIN story quest is concerned.

Looks like an emote (/leanbackcoin) is getting more attention than this. Guess I'll stop questing and just RP hard core.

This quest is part of my last area before Cadwell's Gold main quest line, so for me what is important is how long is 'Fixed in a future patch'?

I have the whole area to do BUT what happens if I finish everything else before the 'future patch'?

Do I have to stop progressing my character?

BTW just tried it again still cannot get the Southern Corruption to seal......

Two of us managed to get the second spawn out of the wall but then Shazah just carried on channeling and wouldn't stop until I logged out.

You can't play the MAIN story quest! It is stopping players from... playing.

I am curious, considering this quest is part of the main quest arc for Reapers March there are less posts about it than you would expect.........

Those earlier bugs seem to have problems triggering the quest, activating any of the sites, or whatnot which could have been fixed by relogging or doing the sites in a specific order. It seems like this bug, first mentioned early November (although I've experienced it prior to 1.5 sometime last week), is wholly related to the Southern Corruption site. So technically, this is a recent bug that affects a main quest and is not fixable by players by any means at this point. But I do feel you that this sucks eggs since I recently resubbed last week, grinding is no longer viable, and I just happened to have gotten stuck at this one *** quest.

Hey ZOS, last night there were lots of people trying to get the Southern Site to work properly.

My point being for me and the others I saw this is the last area(VR5 Reapers March) needed for all of us to complete Cadwell's Silver.........

This is a MAJOR issue, although I liked the coin flip emote, I would much rather all efforts were put into fixing this AND any other quest that is broken that completely blocks progress to higher level areas.

I've tried Craglorn at VR5, it was not pretty!!

What's the worst thing about this ridiculous bug?

If you figure out how to get the stuck mob, ie get a rogue that will do there jump attack and then hit them at the height of it to knock them out of their stuck state.. the next wave of mobs is also stuck or pulls the channeling out of channel.

Not so terrible if you are AD, past the fact you can't complete Reapers.

But it's literally the 2nd freaking questline in the zone that leads to the main freaking quest line of the freaking zone.
