Alchemist Writ Quest Broken

We're aware of the issues with some of the Writ quests, and they will potentially be fixed in our next incremental patch. Please keep an eye on our known issues thread for more information. Thanks for the additional reports!
I love this. What the heck does "potentially" mean? Does it mean:
a) that there is a potential that you will fix it (maybe you will, maybe you won't), or
b) there is a potential that your fix will actually fix it (who knows whether the fix will work or make it worse), or
c) that you will fix it, and there's a potential that we'll get it in the next incremental patch (at some unspecified point in the future, who knows when)?
Seriously, you people take being non-committal to absurd lengths. Just stop it, okay? It's maddening.
This is what I want to hear:
Yes, we're going to fix it.
The fix will be in the release coming November X.
As long as it doesn't mean "Dragons - flying backwards and away from you while attempting to attack you"
